Jaybird Creative was tasked with completing a SWOT analysis, and 1 & 5-year marketing plan that would allow them to better define their mission while setting them up for expansion.

SWOT Analysis

Through a series of audits (brand, social, competitor) and board member discussions, we were able to identify what truly sets NDC apart from its competitors.

Marketing Plan

The NDC marketing plan provided a clear process to identify and boost their unique selling position, while also outlining a plan for franchise and expansion.
